You can change your information as often as you like. Once you are done, your listing will be instantly updated.

Who updates my listing?

You are responsible for updating your listing. We provide you with a secure web based administration tool which allows you to update the details of your listing such as its description, operating statistics, terms of sale and your contact and billing information. We take care of making sure that your listing gets updated on BedandBreakfastforSale.com.

How do I add photographs to my listing?

We provide you with a web based administration tool that allows you to upload photographs for your listing. The photograph tool allows you to upload your photographs in much the same way you might attach them to an email message. Optionally, you can request that we get photographs from your website or you can send us photographs via postal mail.

Yes, if your listing is a Property Profile with Link, Premier, or Featured Property Profile. Generally, we ask that the link points to your inn's web page. At the time you create your for-sale listing, if you would prefer to pay by check you can select that option, and then mail your payment to us. You can also call us to handle the billing of your listing. However, property listings will not go live on the site until your payment has cleared.

No. There are no commission or referral fees. The only fee you are charged is the listing fee for your property.

Is your site secure?

We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our site is secure.
