No waiver of any breach or any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach o the same or any other provisions hereof, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.
14. Choice of Law and Forum. These Terms And Conditions Of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Terms And Conditions Of Use or your access or use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction or the court located within Nassau County, Florida and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
