There are 2 small 2/1 rental houses also located on the property (so 3 separate houses total) which have also been totally remodeled. A fenced in back yard with a Koi Pond and lots of mature trees are also a part of the property which is located on a corner lot just 2 blocks from the center of town. We are only about 1.5 miles from I-75.

We always wanted to operate a B&B so we opened "The Jewell of Vienna" about 6 years ago. We had no idea we would generate the amount of business we've encountered because we're not located in what you would call a tourist location, but... We're only a couple of minutes from I-75 so we generate a lot of guests traveling to and from Florida. We spend the summers in the mountains, so the B&B is only open about 6 months. We have accumulated a Perfect 5-star rating on Trip Advisor. Every one of our nearly 100 reviews on there are 5 Stars! We don't really promote the business at all because we have more than we really want as is so who knows what the potential really is. For someone like us who's always wanted a B&B but not the responsibility of operating one full time this would be prefect for you. But the foundation has been laid and the potential is there for a Full Time one as well. 99% of the furniture, most of which are antiques, stays with the house.
