It never gets much below 40 degrees and not much above 85 degrees! This property is located across the street from the Rogue River and just 3.7 miles from the Pacific Ocean. The location of this property makes it amazing because it is in its own microclimate up out of the normal wind and fog of the coast! If the new owners wanted even more personal space or a larger bed and breakfast- the adjoining farmhouse could be purchased separately and used as additional bed and breakfast space or owners house! This additional property could be purchased separately.
