BrickInn has been fully renovated both inside and out in order to create a one-of-a-kind experience of bright, fresh, comforting....hospitality. The interior design brings the home’s original 1915 Colonial architectural detail forward more than 100 years and still delivers all of the modern touches and conveniences required by today’s sophisticated travelers.
All 5 guest rentals are accessed by a grand staircase to the second floor. As one would expect, each has its own uniquely luxurious ensuite bathroom, complete with all of today’s modern amenities.
The common areas of the Inn all take full advantage of natural light and are spacious and designed for relaxing in casual elegance, including a large Outdoor Porch, Gathering Room with baby grand player piano and a graceful but grand staircase, Breakfast Room with adjacent Guest Pantry and a Den sitting area.
The Owner's Quarters and Operational Rooms at BrickInn are privately located on all three floors of the back, North side of the building with a separate entrance connecting the attached 2.5 car Garage. These spaces are all connected through a winding open staircase off the kitchen from the basement to the third floor. On the first floor is the large, well-equipped kitchen with two large, connected vintage-style pantries; off the second-floor landing is the service door to the Guest Rooms and a large Laundry Room with a connecting 240 sq ft screened Sun Porch. Continuing up to the 820 sqft Owner’s Suite containing a custom built-in Office Space at the landing, one spacious Bedroom with two closets, an en-suite Full Bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and two vanities. Pocket French doors lead to the bright Sitting Room with TV, Kitchenette, and built-in Eating Counter. An additional 800 sqft on the 3rd floor that could be easily renovated for additional living space.
The current owners have been focused upon renovating the building in order to establish a baseline business. Cash flow is now excellent, but there is still significant potential for additional growth with little to no additional investment required.
