Each guest room has an en-suite bath, individual temperature control, high-speed internet, and large flat-screen TV. Owner’s quarters can be located in the B&B or on an adjacent 3.2-acre lot, which is a separate purchase. Due to its location, SFC is a popular stay-over for travelers to/from Florida and is also a getaway destination for guests from Nashville, Knoxville, Atlanta, Huntsville, Birmingham, and surrounding communities. The owner/innkeepers have chosen to operate primarily on a part-time basis and have occasionally closed the B&B over the past eight years to travel and host family and friends. Therefore, though profitable, full income possibilities are not reflected in the financials.
